Chipotle calorie calculator
Build your bowl below for the official calories and macros — then see the realistic range most calculators don’t show you, because real Chipotle portions vary scoop to scoop.
Is the Chipotle nutrition calculator accurate?
Chipotle’s calculator assumes one standard scoop of each item. In practice portions vary widely — Wells Fargo weighed 75 of the same bowl across 8 NYC stores and found 14–27 oz, driven mostly by rice (two–three scoops is the de-facto standard, each adds ~210 cal). The realistic range applies that documented variance to the scooped items.
That’s why we show a range, not a single fake-precise number. The official figure assumes one standard scoop of everything; the realistic range reflects what people actually get. Full breakdown of the data behind this: the Chipotle bowl-weight research.
Where these numbers come from
Every official value is pulled from Brand Chipotle official US Nutrition Facts (Oct 2024 chart). The realistic range carries a User badge so you always know which number is the brand’s official figure and which is our portion-variance estimate. We don’t take affiliate money and we don’t fabricate numbers — see our Source Citation Policy.
